How do I choose the right size?
We design for freedom and versatility. Most of our pieces, like the Thai Linen Pants and Silk Jumpsuits, are fully adjustable to fit every body.

Kimonos: Come in one size with three lengths: Short (hip), Medium (thigh), and Long (calf).

Embroidered Jumpsuits: Available in standard S, M, and L. If you are unsure, chat with us! We love helping you find your perfect fit.
How should I care for my Elemental pieces?
Natural fibers need gentle love. Please hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not bleach or use a tumble dryer; let the air dry them naturally. If you need to iron, do it at a low temperature and avoid direct contact with the embroidery.

Shipping & Slow Fashion

How long will it take to receive my order?
Good things take time. Because we follow a sustainable made-to-order model to avoid waste, please allow 8 business days for production.

Colombia: Once ready, shipping takes 4 days for Bogotá and up to 10 days for the rest of the country.

Portugal: If the item is in stock, it ships immediately. If not, please allow 30 business days for us to craft it for you.
What are the shipping costs?
We try to keep it fair for everyone.

Colombia: 10.000 COP for Bogotá | 15.000 COP for the rest of the country.

Portugal: Between €5–10 depending on the quantity.

Free Shipping: On all orders over 400.000 COP or €200.

Returns & Conscious Commitment

Can I return or exchange an item?
As a sustainable brand, producing only what is ordered is our way of honoring the planet. Returning an item implies re-production and waste. Therefore, we only accept returns if the garment arrives with an imperfection, reported within 24 hours of receipt. If you need an exchange, please note that it will restart the production process as a new order, and shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Where are the clothes made?
It’s a cross-ocean collaboration. We design in Portugal focusing on diversity and practicality. The magic happens in Colombia, where we source fabrics locally and handcraft every piece in small workshops, ensuring fair wages and ethical practices.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Bank Transfers.
